We just finished shooting Jen and Shawn's wedding and the shots are truly stunning! It was such an honour to shoot with these two, their family, their wedding party, and their friends.

Well, here I sit waiting for the computer to work out a few things... This blog is in it's early days so there aren't many people reading this but I figure I have nothing but time so I will leave a message for those of you who join later and read back to former posts.

So much to do right now - I'm excited to be building the EJ Croft Signature Photography site as we speak. I'm also working on proofing Ken and Amery's wedding shots, getting ready for Jen and Shawn's wedding this weekend, and proofing Heaven's Fitness from a commercial shoot we did recently for them. Speaking of which, if anyone out there is looking to get in shape before their big day, or just because it's good for us all to be in shape, check out www.HeavensFitness.com. They have a ton of great group programs and individual equipment in their three-story downtown Calgary gym. Heck, maybe you and I will run into each other there once in a while!

I am itching to get a bunch of editing done and take a look at some pictures from a recent workshop I went to with Scott Robert Lim. Hoping to get some of that stuff done and up in this blog so that all of you can see it.

I'm also itching to do an official Blog launch and EJ Croft Signature Photography site launch. I am thinking that I may do some promo offers with that launch - something fun for everyone regardless of whether they need photography in the near future or not. If anyone has any ideas, send them to me or comment on this blog with the ideas. I'm thinking maybe a give away for anyone who sends me a wedding, etc...

Well, that's it for now - back to work I go! Hope everyone is enjoying the summer weather!

Here is a sneak peak at a Signature portrait from Ken and Amery Der's wedding last weekend. They were so much fun to shoot with and the shots turned out GREAT! They were troopers as we hit a number of locations - some in the bright sunlight of the gorgeous +30 weather.
